0000733: FInd Best DNA/Protein Models (ML)
I am running Mega 7 on Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6. I import a protein alignment as a .fas file and save as .meg and then run the Models find best DNA/Protein Models option. This runs fine (on status window I can see it progressing through the various different models it is testing) however towards the end it gets to a stage saying Preparing display, then the window simply disappears without displaying output. I can't find any output anywhere. Any suggestions?
I attach the alignment file. This seems ok as programs runs without problem, just no output visible
No tags attached.
