Hi Kashif,

I am writing in response to your recent question regarding the MEGA software. MEGA expects floating point numbers to be in the format 0.5 instead of 0,5. To resolve the error you encountered, you can do the following:

    Close MEGA
    Navigate to your appdata directory by opening Windows Explorer, typing %appdata% in the address bar and pressing the enter key
    Delete all folders that are named MEGA7_170509-x86_64 (or similar)
    Open MEGA and the error should be resolved
