DescriptionReport bugs or other issues regarding the MEGA software
When I intended to align multiple sequences, a MEGA5.exe window with error message occurred, and then program was freezed.
Data file was a fasta format with 15497 sequences and size was 6066kb.

Hi Tomoko,

I am writing in response to the bug report you recently submitted regarding the MEGA software. It sounds like the data file may have too many sequences for MEGA to handle. You could try using MUSCLE to align the sequence data before analyzing it in MEGA. You can download MUSCLE at: http://www.drive5.com/muscle/ [^]
