| Summary | 0000775: error while running phylogeny or model generation | ||||
| Description | I am using MEGA 7 and was trying to generate a phylogenetic tree using maximum likelihood for > 1500 protein sequences. I ran the alignment also in MEGA using MUSCLE, it ran fine. While running either model selection program or phylogeny, i am getting the following error: "insufficient data available for ML analysis. Please validate your sequence data" I used the program earlier for 0000529:0000400 sequences and it ran fine. Does the number of sequences is an issue? Please help. | ||||
