DescriptionThe default number of Monte Carlo iteration is 500. If you click the entry field, it changes to 50. I edited it to 1000, started the analysis and it locked up MEGAX. Boom.

Disparity index test runs in the main gui thread, locking up the gui. Major refactoring is needed to fix this because the dist computers have a reference to ARP making it impossible to run any dist stuff in a separate thread.
