Hi Kelvin,

I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. To toggle the use of the identical sites symbol in the Sequence Data Explorer, you can click Display->Use Identical Symbol, or click the use identical sites button (see below), or use the Ctrl+i keyboard combination.
