| Description | I am trying to make phylogeny proof with an alignment make with MegaX, installed on Biolinux ubuntu 14.04 LTS. When I select a Bootstrap method and try the analysis the program colapsed and closed. If I do not select the Boostrap method the program make the tree correctly ¿Why can I do the phylogenetic tree using a boostrap method? I am running Mega in the full GUI mode for analyzing data and exploring results with graphical tools | ||||
