I am attempting to submit ML tree built on ITS and TEF regions, but I cannot export the tree to Nexus file which is the required format from TreeBase. Could you please help?

Hi Duy,

I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. To save your tree in a NEXUS formatted file, you can export the tree to a text file using the Newick format and then manually create a NEXUS file using a text editor and embed the Newick string in a TREES block
