Summary0000924: newick files fail to load
DescriptionI have a newick file I created in R software that I cannot load into MEGA. I have tried other softwares aside from R and they are all able to load my newick file.
Steps To ReproduceUser Tree > Display Newick Trees
Clocks > Compute Time Tree > Load Tree File

Hi Julie,

I am writing in response to the bug report you recently submitted regarding the MEGA software. The reason that MEGA fails to parse your newick file is because some of the branch lengths in the file are given as 'NA' which is not a numeric value.
