Display Menu (in Distance Data Explorer)

The Display menu consists of four main commands:

Show Only Selected Taxa A taxon is the individual unit whose evolutionary relationship is being investigated. Depending on the study, “taxa” may refer to species, populations, individuals, or sequences within an individual.:  This provides a submenu for sorting the order of taxa A taxon is the individual unit whose evolutionary relationship is being investigated. Depending on the study, “taxa” may refer to species, populations, individuals, or sequences within an individual. in one of three ways: by input order, by taxon name or by group name.

Show Group Names:  This is a toggle for displaying or hiding the group name next to the name of each taxon, when available.

Change Font: This brings up the dialog boxHC_Change_Font, which allows you to choose the type and size of the font used to display the distance values.
