Display Menu (in Distance Matrix Explorer)

The display menu consists of four main commands:

Show Pair Name: This is a toggle to write or hide the name of the taxa A taxon is the individual unit whose evolutionary relationship is being investigated. Show Names: This is a toggle for displaying or hiding the taxa A taxon is the individual unit whose evolutionary relationship is being investigated. Depending on the study, “taxa” may refer to species, populations, individuals, or sequences within an individual. name.

Show Group Names:  This is a toggle for displaying or hiding the group name next to the name of each taxon, when available.

Change Font:  This brings up the dialog boxHC_Change_Font that allows you to choose the type and size of the font for displaying the distance values.
