File Menu (in Distance Data Explorer)

The File menu consists of three commands:

Select & Edit Taxa A taxon is the individual unit whose evolutionary relationship is being investigated. Depending on the study, “taxa” may refer to species, populations, individuals, or sequences within an individual./Groups:  This brings up a dialog boxHC_Setup_Taxa_Groups_Dlg to categorize the taxa A taxon is the individual unit whose evolutionary relationship is being investigated. Export/Print Distances:  This brings up a dialog boxHC_Dist_Exp_Options_dialog_box for writing pairwise distances as a text file, with a choice of several formats.

Quit Viewer:  This closes the Distance Data Explorer.
