Introduction

This walk-through provides several brief tutorials that explain how to perform common tasks in MEGA. Each tutorial requires the use of sample data files which can be found in the /MEGA/Examples folder (default location for Windows users is C:\Users\UserName\Documents\MEGA\Examples\. The location for Mac and Linux users is $HOME/MEGA/Examples, where $HOME is the user’s home directory). It is recommended that you follow the examples for a given tutorial in the order presented as the techniques explained in the initial examples are used again in the subsequent ones.
