| Summary | 0001079: CC doesn't remove commas from sequence names when aligned |
| Description | using example file hsp20, when aligned in MEGA-CC (Clustal or Muscle) the sequence names in the output files contain commas which are flagged as invalid by MEGA in later use.
This does not occur in the GUI version. |
