| Summary | 0000116: Poor output of phylogenetic trees in MAC El Capitan with Mega 7 |
| Description | The graphical output of the maximum likelihood trees (probably others as well) is squished down into an unreadable image. It seems that the adjustments under options for separation of tree branches do not work well with the tradition rectangular trees (its settings do not seem to have any effect on branch separation). These settings seem to work better for circular trees, but circular trees taxonomic names are not shown in a logical fashion (e.g., upside down when they should be right side up). |
