| Description | Dear Mega team,
I usually work with rotavirus sequences and we have been having an issue with Mega 7 and Mega X when using parentheses [ ], When one edits a tree and then save the file the [ ] disappears
e.g RVA/Human-wt/ZWE/MRC-DPRU1844-11/2011/G1P[8]
In rotavirus strain naming we need a [ ] between a P and the strain number.
We can't use ( )
Please try and rectify this. Note: This works well in Mega 6 and the problem seem to be on the higher version. I notices same problem on the Mac |
