Summary | 0001339: Don't know what you mean by 'Summary' |
Description | I am creating several Neighbor-joining trees. I have been using v. 6 for some time and wanted to move up to X to get the 64-bit capability. However, two issues:
1) When creating a tree and within the window opened with the wrench icon, you can theoretically change the standard tree to a circular tree. However, clicking OK does not change the tree format. To do that you still have to select the tree icon and change the format to circular. Would be nice to do this all within the same series of windows.
2) More importantly, when the circular tree is created, the bootstrapping values are horizontal and not rotated to conform to the angles of the radiating branches (as was the case with versions 6 and 7). Having floating bootstrap values that are nowhere close to the nodes is unusable for this sort of tree and until this is fixed I will go back to version 7. |
