Summary | 0000138: Maximum bootstrap value, 99 or 100? |
Description | When performing NJ analysis, the maximum bootstrap value appear to be either 99 or 100 depending on the dataset used. The 99% values for some nodes should be 100, because even the branch consisting of OTUs with the same sequence has 99% in such dataset. I'm wondering why this inconsistency occurs. |
