That\'s right! I know that the current algorithm for translation and untranslation is rather inefficient. However, the issue is fundamental, so I will fix it in sometime future.

Translation speed seems to have increased with the latest update. Using a large file (55MB) it still seems to hang but what performance can we really expect with a file of this size. Maybe a dialog could appear saying \"Translating sequences, please wait\".
