| Description | Dear Sir/Madam, I found a problem that I cannot choose the "stats/frequency" when I creat a phylogenetic tree using Mega6.0, and this problem was still exist when I using Mega5.2. Hi Zhicheng, I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. The stats/frequency option is only enabled when that information is available, for instance when the bootstrap test is used in conjunction with phylogenetic inference.
