| Summary | 0001427: Bugs in MEGA X 10.0.5 |
| Description | I am using MEGA X 10.0.5. I encountered two bugs.
1. After getting a bootstrap tree, I cannot display the tree in radiation format.
2. I export the bootstrap tree into newick format and try to read it with other software (IcyTree, Fig Tree) but the software prompted error with the newick file.
Please let me know if there is any workaround for this issue. Thank you for your help. |
