DescriptionMy computer has multiple processors and a parallel processing algorithm would be great.

Hi David,

I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. Several of the more computationally intensive analyses in MEGA (ML model selection, bootstrap tree construction, et...) are optimized to use multiple processors. For these analyses, there is an option in the Analysis Preferences dialog to set the number of threads to use.
