Steps to Reproduce Error
________________________

1. Open a file in the alignment explorer
2. Translate the file to Amino Acid
3. When in the protein view right click on a sequence name and select delete.
4. Untranslate back to nucleotide.
5. You will notice that the name of the sequence we deleted in the protein view is STILL there in the nucleotide view.

When we translate back to the protein view again we notice that the name of the sequence appears again and, also it\'s origional sequence is still there.

The translated protein sequences should not be editable. Deletions and insersions should be done always in the original DNA sequences. Do not disable this restriction.
