| Summary | 0000165: Cannot load MEGA6 alignment into MEGA7 |
| Description | 1. Trying to load large (+-137 x 1400bp sequences) MEGA6 alignment file causes MEGA7 alignment explorer to stop responding. File size: 208kb. Extension: .mas
2. Trying to load smaller (+-52 x 800bp sequences) MEGA6 alignment file causes MEGA7 alignment explorer to stop responding. File size: 63kb. Extension: .mas
3. Trying to load small (+-16 x 24bp primer + 1 x 5000bp sequences) opens normally. File size: 9kb. Extension: .mas
4. Running MEGA7 as administrator causes network drives not to show when trying to open saved alignment file from a network drive. |
