Summary | 0001747: Alignment is not the active data file |
Description | Hello:
I just (within MEGAX running under Mac OS 10.14) downloaded a set of sequences from a BLAST search and ran a multiple sequence alignment on them. Now I need to analyze these sequences, but the program does not recognize the data in the Alignment Explorer as an active data file. There is no documentation describing how to make the alignment the active data file for further analysis. This bug prevents further analysis of the aligned data. |
