| Summary | 0001906: Alignment Explorer causing program to crash |
| Description | Using MEGA7, I am able to import my files and build an alignment, but as soon as I attempt to click the "Alignment" tab, the program crashes.
I downloaded MEGAX, and using this program, the alignment finishes pairwise alignment but will not complete the multiple alignment--it simply stops and does not progress (even when I let the program sit for several hours).
I tried both MEGA7 and MEGAX on two Windows devices--one laptop and one desktop--each with no other programs running while I attempted it. |
