Description

Is there a way to increase the amount of cores MEGA is using while running a Model Test? That would be very helpful with larger alignments.

No, currently there is not a way to run the model test in MEGA using multiple cores. It is likely that this ability will be added in the future now that MEGA is a 64-bit application and is not limited to using <4GB of RAM. -- Best regards, Glen Stecher
