Summary | 0000224: Sequence duplication
Description | If MEGA7 is given an alignment with duplicate sequences, does MEGA7 silently ignore the duplicates? It is considered an error by other phylogenetic softwares and wonder what I may need to look out for, in general. Is there a more detailed do / don'ts tip guide for MEGA7? Thank you, Nick
