Summary

0002684: Codon bias problem

Description

When I try to compute the codon bias for my alignment using MEGA codon bias, after selecting the correct parameters, the software states computing nucleotide pair frequencies and then the program closes.
Report bugs or other issues regarding the MEGA software

Steps To Reproduce

1. Click models on the top of MEGA page
2. Select compute codon usage bias
3. Select aligned sequences, FAS format
4. Select nucleotide sequences
5. Select "yes" protein coding nucleotide sequence data
6. select standard genetic code
