While I am reconstructing the phylogenetic tree, I am getting an error message continuously like this "Aligned sequences must be equal length (in line 3133)". Then I observed there was no problem on the line.
I have aligned the amino acid sequences from Clustal W and Muscle. What shall I do?. I am using Windows 10 operating system. In this regard, I request to you kindly guide me, how to resolve this issue.
