To whom may concern,

Hi, I'm a freshman of MEGA7. I found the tree structures of export tree files (Newick) was quite different with the original tree files (MTS).

The "Write Tree in a Tablet Format" files could tell the different information. Sorry for can't show you the examples for the limit of the text, but you can try a tree file.

Could you tell me how to export the Newich files exactly as the MTS ones? I'll appreciate that.

The newick format does not contain the same amount of information as the mts format and so trees displayed from newick files may not have the same formatting.
