| Description | Values of branch lengths are incorrectly shown in the UPGMA tree. | ||||||||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Using an attached fasta file, UPGMA tree was reconstructed with p-distance. 2. Value of branch lenghth between the root and Seq 4 was shown as 0.308, while the value between the root and the Seq 1-3 clade was shown as 0.000. | ||||||||||||
