I think it\'s highly unlikely that this is a MEGA bug but I am not going to discount anything. I asked the user for the steps taken to produce the problem.

Hi Arjen,

I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA-CC software. The MEGA-CC prototyper does not have a main menu because it is only used to generate analysis options files (.mao files) which are used to run MEGA-CC via command shell. Please refer to the quick start tutorial for a demo on how to use MEGA-CC.
