Report bugs or other issues regarding the MEGA software

Steps To Reproduce

1.. open aligned file (TA....) as explorer; "sequence data explorer"
2. export it as excel file
3. wait until it finish processing
4. can't open that file , it has alert "We found a problem with some content in 'try 1.xls'. Do you want us to try to recover as much as we can? If you trust the source of this workbook, click Yes." >> if I click Yes, that file will lost all data. If I click No, nothing happen.

Additional Information

sometimes the program close itself.
(I use MEGA11, with MacOS system:MacOS Monterey version 12.4
MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2020, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports)
Processor 1.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5
Memory 8 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3)
