I can't select the sequences to make an alignment, not even the option selects everything.
When pop-ups appear with options to decide, it gets stuck there and does not allow any further action. You must exit the application and re-enter, what you have done is lost.
Also, the Phylogeny analysis process takes a long time.

| Steps To Reproduce | Clicking on edit/Select All does not work
Clicking yes or not in a popup doesn't work
I have been running a phylogenetic analysis of an alignment for more than 24 hours and it is still running but it is very slow. |
