Summary0004335: Maximize computer's performance.
DescriptionThe specifications of the computer I am using are 28 threads, 128Gb RAM, CUDA core 4864. The Mega 11 program doesn't seem to be using my computer's resources properly, so I'd like you to improve it.
I am analyzing 91 mitochondrial sequences (each 16kb) with ML, Bootstrap 1000, GTR G+I options. I am currently analyzing close to 90 hours and reached 947/1000 iterations. Is there any way to save time by maximizing the performance of any option, CPU, GPU or RAM?
