I want to use mega 6 for drawing NJ tree. But not able to do so. I prepared input file for mega by Genealex software. But its not being handled by the software. I have Y STR haplotype data on 17 markers for 15 populations.

Please read the documentation for a description of the supported file formats and also look at the example files provided with MEGA.
