| Summary | 0004532: MEGA11 crashes when I open fasta file for alignment |
| Description | I downloaded (and re-downloaded 2x) MEGA11 onto my Mac (Big Sur 11.7.3). I also tried restarting my computer. I can construct phylogenetic trees using previously aligned sequences saved locally and open previously saved alignment sessions in the alignment feature. I cannot open new fasta files for alignment, however. When I select a new file to align, the app crashes. |
