Summary0000500: align sequences according to reference alignment
DescriptionDear sir, madam,

I am looking for a way to align a subset of new sequences to another set of already-aligned sequences, without having to re-align the already-aligned sequences. I have not been able to find out if this is possible in MEGA. I would be very greatful if you could provide me with the answer.

I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. No, MEGA does not support alignment to a reference alignment.
