This is because the number of sites becomes only one with the complete deletion option. The problem has been fixed. However, I found that the Caption Expert does not say anything about it. I think that the number of sites actually used should be included in the caption.

Hi Andrew,

I am writing in response to the bug report you recently filed regarding the MEGA software. Yes, the version of MUSCLE used in MEGA is 32-bit. You can get a 64-bit version of MUSCLE at http://www.drive5.com/muscle/downloads.htm [^] but only for Linux and Mac OS systems as the author does not provide a 64-bit version for Windows.
