Summary | 0005748: Newick export with comma as decimal separator |
Description | When exporting a tree in Newick format, commas are used as decimal separator, so the tree is incorrectly displayed when opening the Newick file. When repeating the generation of the tree from the same alignment and then exporting it, seemingly randomly, sometimes a comma is used, sometimes a dot (which leads to the correct Newick tree). |
Steps To Reproduce | Make NJ tree from alignment. Export Newick with bootstrap values and branch lengths. |
