| Summary | 0006439: can not run bootstrap analysis of tree |
| Description | I have tried to run a bootstrap analysis of my tree with 1000 replicates but it stops at 44 every time. The other person who was helping me had the same issue with her data. |
| Steps To Reproduce | you take an aligned file- run the maximum likelihood tree- select analysis- bootstrap 1000 replicates in the number of bootstrap/jackknife. Stops at 44 every time. |
