| Summary | 0006582: Alignment crashes every time i try |
| Description | Everytime i try to align my 8 sequences the program crashes saying PC register does not match crashing frame |
| Steps To Reproduce | 1- edit/build alignment
2- retrieve sequences from a file
3. open my .fas doc with 8 sequences
4- align with clustalW
5- align codons
6- accept
7- select all, ok
and crash

| Additional Information | The app turns light red instead of the usual bright red when i open it. Didn't do this before.
Using MacOS Sonoma 14.5 with chip M1 |
