| Summary | 0006593: phylogenetic tree crash/ stall |
| Description | Creating a phylogenetic tree using maximum likelihood, 1000 bootstraps, K2+G model caused either stalling without progress (ex. 31/1000 bootstraps) or crashed and automatically closed MEGA11 partway through the analysis without an error message. Running the bootstrap overnight did not progress the calculation. Changing to 100 bootstraps did not help either. |
