It is impossible to export the distance matrix output (p-distance), each time I have an OLE ERROR.

I am not able to duplicate the error you encountered but a couple of users have reported a similar error and that they were able to resolve the error by switching to version 7.0.25. Would you mind trying that version to see if it resolves the error?
