 Hi Dmitry,

I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA6 software. In order to use the subtree drawing options, you should first select a node or branch in the Tree Explorer windows. Then the options will be applied to that part of the tree. If that does not work, can you describe exactly how you are using the subtree options? Is any error message show?
