0000717: Can not install in 32 Bit Windows

Description

Can not install MEGA bioinformatics software on 32 Bit Windows 7 Desk Top PC.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Choose a computer running on 32-Bit windows 7.
2. Go to product home page (https://www.megasoftware.net [^]).
3. Select WINDOWS, GUI, MEGA7, DOWNLOAD.
4. Run the installation file. It shows warnings like "Can not create temporary file", "Fatal error", "Runtime error", "Access denied, not compatible with your computer" etc.
5. I've also tried to "Run it as administrator". To do this, right click on installation file, and select "Run it as administrator". Select language "English"-> OK. It shows "Can not expand PF64 constant on this version of windows"

Additional Information

I'm a research student without any fellowship; I have to make a molecular phylogenetic tree from sequence data. Our University uses MEGA, and shown MEGA projects on classes. But I can't do the homeworks.
