Summary | 0000896: Tajima's Test Slow in MEGA X |
Description | Tajima's Test in MEGA X runs a lot slower than in MEGA 7. It should probably take the same amount of time as the test to compute pairwise deletions. Is Tajima's test multithreaded? It takes a long time to update the progress bar and also takes a long time to go through each site to calculate the values. Also, the progress report shows that it is preparing data instead of computing data during the test. |
