| Summary | 0000948: Nucleotide colour scheme |
| Description | Sorry I just discovered that the colour scheme issue that I reported earlier (T = N = green) is due to Protein Sequence being the default. Changing to nucleotide sequence corrects the colours.
Thanks. The other issues are real (uncontrollable scrolling through alignments and default output filepaths and names). Thanks.
Please also look at output from model testing ...the figure presented is better than any that can be saved. |
