| Description | To whom it may concern, I am Héctor Marina, Phd student in University of León (Spain). I am using your program to carry out some phylogenetics analysis but I can not use on windows because of how big my data is. When I tried to do bootstrap analysis and export the result in a matrix (.meg format) to import in windows MEGA X program, the matrix imported had no bootstrap analysis and i can not find the way to imported from a matrix with distances and bootstrap values. Hi Hector, I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. Matrix files do not have bootstrap values (only distances and std errors).
